Marketing Coordination

This package is for you if you execute everything yourself or have someone else doing it for you, but you need extra help in coordinating everything and be able to spot hurdles in the project.

PROCESS & TIMING

Find below all the details about how our collaboration will go!

When you reach out and inquire about my social media management services, I will conduct an analysis of your account to see how I can best recommend my services. This is done pre-discovery call to ensure we can chat about the best possible options for you.

We can then take part in a discovery call. This is just an opportunity for me to talk to you about your options, walk you through social media management and then for you to ask me any questions as well.

After our discovery call, I will craft a bespoke proposal based on your needs. You will receive your PDF proposal within 24-48 hours of your discovery call, giving you ample time to consider my suggestions. Within the proposal, you will find a breakdown of a suggested service or multiple options based on your needs. I will also highlight any bespoke add-ons and pricing if this is something that is requested.

The final stage is the onboarding you as a client. You have picked your bespoke option on review of your proposal and are ready to start. Within the onboarding process, I will send over a contract, questionnaire, access to a client portal and first invoice.

After you have completed the questionnaire, I’ll collect any materials I need from you: brand guidelines, media from content shoots, and get access to your accounts.

I kickstart things by spending the first week thouroughly researching your industry, what is working, what isn’t, what the leaders are and aren’t doing, and how we can better reach your audience so that we can achieve your goals.

We’ll finalize the strategy and then get to work on the execution. Sometimes, I’ll need extra things from you such as content, so you may have a mini to-do list inside my project manager to complete.

You’ll receive your first batch of deliverables inside the project manager, along with a guided tutorial from me about how to review everything, leave feedback and provide me with any requested content.

What I’ll deliver will depend on your package, but can range from copy, hashtags to done-for-you posts.

You’ll have the next week to review and provide me any extra media needed. I’ll get everything ready to post and then you get to give the final approval.

Here’s what you can expect to happen every month: a monthly content calendar, receiving your deliverables on a regular basis, a monthly analytics report from me reviewing performance, providing strategy updates suggestions, and tracking your overall growth and objectives.
